I glanced at their "rules/TOS's" and basically everything we do would violate them.
I saw mention of gambling, using swear words, racist words or phrases, having contests, posting graphic images even if they're non sexual, obviously sexual stuff, even being insulting.
So basically we're at their mercy and it's just a matter of time IMO.

I even saw mention that clicking and pasting copyright protected articles , etc would violate the rules. So if you read something on yahoo or CNN and post it here, oh boy, now you did it.
It's a joke, they can do whatever they want and that's just the way it is.

they forgot to include a few other things we do here we need a real site they forgot to include a few other things we do here we need a real site Correct. We need a PLAN B. Exactly... What is needed is somebody to PAY for a URL, PAY for a Server, and Forum software (even if open source) provided from a source that isn't going to mess with your content. The thing with the providers of FREE forums is that they can mess with your forum at any time. Somebody could report your forum for the most petty bullshit. Even calling a public figure "ugly", or the 50k thread, etc. All the high rollers around here should figure a way to " do it right", instead of being on pins and needles worrying about some idiot reporting every errant keystroke. This place can serve as a transition phase, until somebody steps up and does it right and sets up a dedicated proprietary forum. A proprietary forum (one that is paid for and owned by the Admin) is the only way to ensure long term stability for this (successor to TGF) community.

So then you could easily sabotage a forum. Maybe someone made a complaint inbetween searching craigslist for gigs

The TGF url expires at the end of this year. Why won't little Georgie sell us that url? If he's that broke, he should want the money. Plus I'll even throw in a bottle of drano he can drink when he's done slow paying his last customer.

Plus I'll even throw in a bottle of drano he can drink when he's done slow paying his last customer. Just have him transfer it to somebody... To transfer a domain name, you can follow these steps: Update your contact information: Make sure your name, phone number, and address are correct in your current registrar's control panel. Check eligibility: Domains created or transferred within the last 60 days are not eligible for transfer. Unlock your domain: Unlock the domain name you want to transfer. Disable domain privacy: Turn off domain privacy for the domain you want to transfer. Request an authorization code: Also known as an EPP code, transfer key, or Auth-Code, this code is required to transfer a domain name. You can request this code from your current registrar. Create an account with the new registrar: Set up an account with the registrar you want to transfer your domain to. Enter the authorization code: Enter the authorization code in the new registrar's account. Confirm the transfer: Confirm the transfer with the new registrar. Pay for the transfer: Pay for the domain transfer. Finalize the transfer: Finalize the domain transfer. Cancel previous service: Cancel your service with the previous registrar.
